We always try to process new applications immediately. If you do not hear from us, it can be for one of several reasons. Your web site may not qualify for BigLinx because:

1. the site contains inappropriate material published ( illegal or inappropriate sites). We reserve the right to accept, reject or remove any website for any reason at any time.

2. The web site does not have a link page that is accessible from your site by browsing through it or it contains nothing but links.

3. The website is in the direct competition with the type of service that we provide.

If you your site is not disqualified for any of the above reasons, the delay may be because of high volume of new users, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

Login and start exchanging links with relevant websites on BigLinx.

Login to access your account, then click Manage Account to edit your BigLinx account information.

Once you are logged in click on ”Contact Us” link on the bottom of the web page

On the "Contact Us" web page use the form to send us an email with the Subject "Cancel my Account”

This is most effective way for us to verify that you are the owner of the account. At the same time this process will get your BigLinx account closed in the shortest amount of the time. As soon we receiver your email we will remove your link from the BigLinx Directory and you will not receiver any other emails from us.

We do not allow change of the LINK once the BigLinx account has been established for more then 7 days or if account has more then 5 BigLinx Request Pending. The reason is if we change your LINK it will interfere with the link verification process.What you need to do is open a new account with this new URL. If you need us we can close the old account for you. If you have upgraded your old account to Full Membership we can transfer it to your new account only if the old URL was or is pointing to the same website as the new one and the old account will be removed form BigLinx.
